3. When installing air ducts, it is advisable to provide hole edges for the air inlet and outlet during the prefabricated components of the air duct. If it is necessary to open the outlet on the air duct at the end of the device, the connection should be tight.

4. When transporting steam containing condensed water or high moisture content, the horizontal pipeline should be inclined and connected to a drainage pipeline at the bottom point. When installing, if the bottom of the air duct is not suitable and vertical joints are formed, sealing treatment should be carried out at the interface at the bottom.

5. For thick steel plate air ducts used for transporting flammable and explosive gases, grounding wires should be installed at the flange of the duct connection and connected to the electrostatic induction grounding grid.

6. When the height to width ratio of the horizontal air duct is above 2m, the installation personnel should tie it up. The starting point and springboard on the steel pipe scaffold or mobile support frame should be fixed firmly, and the total width of the starting point and springboard should comply with the specifications. The installation personnel on the steel pipe scaffold should carry electrical tool kits to avoid tools or electric drills falling and causing injuries.

7. After the double screw support bracket is in place in the air duct, it should ensure that the cross arm is vertical, the screw is not distorted, and the double screw bears a symmetrical force.
